• “致高IT学院” (Chihkao IT Academy) (2022.01 - 2023.12): 作为项目创始人，自主设计、建立并维护了“致高IT学院”知识平台。围绕“致慧卓越·高效协同”的理念，将律所所有IT相关知识（如智能会议预定、5G智慧参审室使用、协同办公等）进行系统化、简单化呈现，有效降低了律师的技术操作门槛。

• 律所IT基础设施与运维管理: 全面负责事务所的桌面运维（BYOD）、网络系统（门禁、打印、AC、交换机、防火墙、NAS）及云端官网和OA的维护。

• 专项技术项目建设: 负责专业的无线网络优化（WLAN Optimization）及5G智慧参审室的建设与后期维护。

• 资产管理与技术支持: 负责全所硬件设备固定资产系统的建设与维护；并为中大型会议提供会务接待、流程支持及多媒体技术保障。

林家仕先生于2020年9月加入四川致高律师事务所，现负责全面的IT工作。此前，他曾于2018年至2019年在中国铁塔股份有限公司担任资源管理职务，并于2016年至2018年在某市中级人民法院负责网络与信息安全及科技法庭维护工作。

林先生于2016年毕业于电子科技大学，获计算机科学与工程专业学士学位。

他持有微软虚拟学院黄金学员（MVA）证书，并具备良好的中英文技术文档编写能力。

Mr. Jia Shi Lin is an IT and operations management professional with extensive practical experience across the judiciary, large state-owned enterprises, and the legal service industry. His career has spanned providing critical courtroom technology support for a Municipal Intermediate People's Court, managing hardware assets for China Tower Corporation, and overseeing the comprehensive construction and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for a major law firm. This diverse experience has equipped him with the ability to resolve complex technical and managerial challenges across various demanding environments.

During his tenure at Sichuan Chihkao Law Firm, Mr. Lin has demonstrated forward-thinking and exceptional execution by spearheading the design and development of two major innovative projects from inception: "Chihkao Cloud" and the "Chihkao IT Academy." "Chihkao Cloud" has successfully digitized and automated the firm's performance record retrieval, dramatically enhancing efficiency for lawyers in bidding and proposal processes. The "Chihkao IT Academy" has systematically simplified lawyer workflows, significantly improving firm-wide collaborative efficiency. He consistently operates under the philosophy of "discovering and fulfilling unmet needs," dedicating himself to achieving the ultimate satisfaction of every requirement through advanced technical means.

• "Chihkao Cloud" (2022.05 - Present): Served as the sole person responsible for project conception, implementation, and construction, creating the "Chihkao Cloud" data platform from scratch. The platform enables lawyers to self-service query the firm's historical performance data, completely replacing the inefficient, manual process of reviewing voluminous paper archives and providing critical support for business development activities such as bidding.

• "Chihkao IT Academy" (2022.01 - 2023.12): As the project founder, independently designed, established, and maintained the "Chihkao IT Academy" knowledge platform. Centered on the concept of "Intelligent Excellence, Efficient Collaboration," the academy systematically organizes and simplifies all IT-related knowledge for the firm (e.g., smart conference room booking, 5G intelligent hearing room usage, collaborative office software), effectively lowering the technical barrier for lawyers and enhancing firm-wide efficiency.

• Law Firm IT Infrastructure & Operations Management: Manages all aspects of the firm's desktop operations (including BYOD environments), network systems (access control, printing, ACs, switches, firewalls, NAS), and the maintenance of the cloud-based official website and OA system.

• Specialized Technical Project Construction: Responsible for professional wireless network optimization (WLAN Optimization) and the construction and maintenance of 5G intelligent hearing rooms.

• Asset Management & Technical Support: Manages the firm-wide hardware and fixed asset IT system; provides technical and logistical support for mid-to-large-scale conferences.

• Event Planning & Execution: Plans, organizes, and executes various offline firm events and assists with online promotion.

Mr. Lin joined Sichuan Chihkao Law Firm in September 2020 and currently leads its IT operations. Previously, he served as a resource manager at China Tower Corporation from 2018 to 2019. From 2016 to 2018, he was responsible for network and information security, including courtroom technology maintenance, at a Municipal Intermediate People's Court. 

Mr. Lin graduated in 2016 from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. 

He holds a Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA) Gold Member certificate and possesses strong technical documentation skills in both Chinese and English.
