Dr. Zhen Liu is a counsel at the firm who brings an exceptional academic and international educational background to her practice. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Commercial Law from Macau University of Science and Technology, an LL.M. in International Economic Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and an LL.B. from South China Normal University.
Dr. Liu’s practice is distinguished by its focus on foreign-related legal services, financial law, and corporate compliance. Her expertise in multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks has earned her official recognition as a Reserve Talent for the Ministry of Justice’s National Pool for Foreign-Related Legal Services and as a Sichuan Provincial Reserve Talent for Foreign-Related Legal Services.
In addition to her legal practice, Dr. Liu maintains a strong connection to academia. She currently serves as a Lecturer at the Southwest Medical University School of Law and is an Editor for the Medicine and Law journal. Her professional capabilities are widely recognized, evidenced by her appointments as a mediator for several international commercial mediation centers and as a designated professional for the corporate compliance third-party supervision mechanism in Luzhou City.

Dr. Liu practices at Sichuan Chihkao Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at DeHeng (Guangzhou) Law Offices and Sichuan Zhonghao Law Firm.
