田洁律师系四川致高律师事务所高级合伙人，担任低空经济与通用航空专业委员会主任、银发经济与适老产业专业委员会副主任。她拥有天津外国语大学法学（涉外律师方向）与英语语言文学双学士学位，持有高级企业合规师及演出经纪人双重资质，工作语言为中文和英文。

偷越国（边）境罪、诈骗罪全程辩护： 为张某某涉嫌偷越国（边）境罪、诈骗罪一案自侦查阶段即介入辩护，厘清两罪罪数关系并就偷越国（边）境罪提出证据不足观点，积极协调退赔，最终诈骗罪获从轻判处、偷越国（边）境罪因证据不足未予认定。
帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪缓刑辩护： 为邓某某帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪一案辩护，着重指出其系被诱骗参与、实际获利微薄、认罪悔罪、初犯偶犯等情节，并协助完成退赃及认罪认罚，最终法院对其适用缓刑，实现法律效果与社会效果的统一。

Ms. Tian Jie is a Senior Partner at the firm, serving as Director of the Low-Altitude Economy & General Aviation Committee and Deputy Director of the Silver Economy & Aging-Friendly Industry Committee. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Law (Foreign-Related Counsel) and English Language & Literature from Tianjin Foreign Studies University, and is a Certified Senior Enterprise Compliance Professional as well as a Licensed Performance Broker. Ms. Tian is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English as working languages.
Her practice focuses on dispute resolution, international trade and investment, international engineering, family wealth succession, low-altitude economy and general aviation, corporate governance, and entertainment compliance.
