田洁律师是本所的高级合伙人，并担任“放心飞”低空经济法律服务团队的负责人。她拥有法学（涉外律师）与英语语言文学双学士学位，并持有高级企业合规师及演出经纪人员资格，工作语言为中文和英文。
田律师的执业领域高度聚焦于国际贸易与投资、国际工程、家族财富传承、低空经济与通用航空以及商事合规与诉讼。她致力于为“一带一路”沿线国家的法律服务，凭借其丰富的国际及国内法律服务经验，获得了客户的广泛认可与信任。其承办的国际工程及跨境投融资案件荣获“四川省律师行业涉外法律服务十佳典型案例”奖。
她深度参与了《涉外法律服务能力模型》与《低空航线运行安全动态评估技术规范》两项国家级权威标准的起草工作，并多次参与四川省律师协会国际投融资贸易专业委员会组织的涉外法律服务专业指引的起草工作。

田律师已入选中国国际律师培训中心涉外律师库及四川省涉外法律服务后备人才库。她同时担任北海国际仲裁院、中国国际贸易促进委员会四川调解中心、四川民商经贸商事调解中心等多家机构的调解员，以及四川省成都市武侯区劳动人事争议仲裁委员会调解员和四川省律师协会国际投融资贸易专业委员会跨境电商法律服务团队成员。
在学术研究方面，田律师作为核心成员参与撰写了多项行业指引，包括四川省律师协会牵头的《企业境外投资律师业务操作指引》（2023年）及《跨境电商法律服务专业指引》（2024年），并深度参与起草了《涉外法律服务能力模型》与《低空航线运行安全动态评估技术规范》等国家级行业标准。她撰写的多篇专业论文在《四川律师》杂志及省律协论文集发表，其关于跨境电商的普法文章亦被成都高新法治在线、成都市广播电视台《998法治大讲堂》等媒体采用。

Ms. Tian Jie is a Senior Partner at the firm and the Head of our "Fly with Confidence" Low-Altitude Economy legal services team. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Law (Foreign-Related Counsel) and English Language & Literature, and is a Certified Senior Enterprise Compliance Professional as well as a Licensed Performance Broker. Ms. Tian is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English as working languages.
Her practice is highly focused on international trade and investment, International Engineering, Family Wealth Succession, low-altitude economy and general aviation, as well as commercial compliance and litigation. She is dedicated to serving clients engaged in "Belt and Road" initiatives and has earned widespread client trust through her meticulous and dedicated approach. Her work on a major international engineering and cross-border financing project was honored as one of the "Top 10 Exemplary Cases in Foreign-Related Legal Services" by the Sichuan Provincial Lawyers Association in 2023.
Ms. Tian has been deeply involved in drafting two national-level industry standards: the "Foreign-Related Legal Service Capability Model" and the "Technical Specification for Dynamic Safety Assessment of Low-Altitude Air Route Operations." She has also contributed significantly to drafting multiple foreign-related legal service guidelines for the Sichuan Bar Association.
International Engineering & Cross-Border Investment (Provincial Top 10 Case): Advised Sihan Technology on its telecommunications enhancement EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and cross-border investment project in Malaysia. (This matter was recognized as one of the "Top 10 Exemplary Cases in Foreign-Related Legal Services" by the Sichuan Provincial Lawyers Association in 2023).
International Commercial Negotiations: Represented a Chengdu-based cultural communication company in its commercial negotiations with AI Jaber Group (Qatar).
Cross-Border Compliance & International Trade:
Structured the comprehensive legal compliance framework for a technology company's "go-global" strategy for its gaming simulators.
Advised an aviation technology company on multiple specialized compliance matters related to the international trade of high-precision civil aviation materials, optimizing their cross-border supply chain (single procurement value exceeded RMB 50 million).
Advised a major Tianjin-based state-owned enterprise (SOE) on its global procurement project for proton therapy equipment.
Represented an Emirati company in an international trade contract dispute against a Lianyungang-based corporation.
Represented a Belarusian company in an international sale of goods contract dispute against a Jinan-based corporation.
State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Compliance & Reorganization:
Advised a major Sichuan provincial SOE on the establishment of its compliance system, culminating in a successful ISO37301 certification (the project was awarded First Prize in the group's inaugural compliance project awards).
Advised a major Sichuan-based group on its equity structure optimization and debt-asset restructuring.
Cross-Border M&A & Investment:
Advised a large Tianjin-based SOE on its acquisition of a gold mine in Tanzania.
Advised a major African agricultural conglomerate (ETG Group) on an equity acquisition involving a Tianjin-based grain and oil company.
Advised a top-tier "985" university in China on its application to establish a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution with a U.S. university.

(a CNI Group subsidiary), among others.
Ms. Tian is an inducted member of the China International Lawyers Training Center's Foreign-Related Lawyers Pool and the Sichuan Provincial Foreign-Related Legal Services Reserve Talent Pool. She serves as a Mediator for the Beihai International Arbitration Court, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Sichuan Mediation Center, the Sichuan Civil & Commercial and Economic & Trade Mediation Center, the Sichuan Guanghua Civil & Commercial Mediation Center, and the Wuhou District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee in Chengdu. She is also an active member of the Sichuan Bar Association’s International Investment and Trade Professional Committee, specifically within its cross-border e-commerce legal services team.
Ms. Tian is a significant contributor to legal scholarship and standard-setting. She was a core member in drafting the Sichuan Bar Association's Guidelines for Legal Practice in Overseas Corporate Investment (2023) and its Professional Guidelines for Cross-Border E-commerce Legal Services (2024). She was also deeply involved in drafting the national-level industry standards 'Foreign-Related Legal Service Capability Model' and the 'Technical Specification for Dynamic Safety Assessment of Low-Altitude Air Route Operations.' Her professional articles have been published in prominent legal journals, such as the 'Sichuan Lawyer' magazine (2024, Issue 4), and her analysis on cross-border e-commerce legal risks was featured by Chengdu High-Tech Rule of Law Online and the Chengdu Radio and Television Station's '998 Rule of Law Forum' program. Her paper on criminal law was also selected for the 2024 annual collection of the Sichuan Bar Association's Criminal Defense Association.
